Do not use StreamBrat for illegal activity, fraud, scams, deceptive fundraising, identity theft, payment manipulation, or chargeback abuse.
Policy
Acceptable Use Policy
StreamBrat is for legitimate livestreaming software use. The following activity is prohibited.
No money-transfer misuse
Do not use StreamBrat as a wallet, bank, stored-balance product, unauthorized peer-to-peer money-transfer service, money-laundering channel, or payment routing workaround.
Prohibited goods and services
Do not use StreamBrat to promote or facilitate prohibited, illegal, regulated, deceptive, or high-risk goods or services through overlays, tips, links, chat commands, menus, or stream interactions.
No content-purchase deception
Do not represent voluntary viewer tips as automatic purchases of gated content, private services, or guaranteed outcomes unless a separate lawful feature clearly supports that transaction.
Impersonation and harassment
Do not impersonate another person or business, mislead viewers about creator identity, or use StreamBrat for harassment, threats, abuse, hate, stalking, or coordinated harm.
Malicious software and infrastructure abuse
Do not upload malicious code, abuse browser sources, overload realtime systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private data, bypass rate limits, or interfere with StreamBrat infrastructure.
Third-party API abuse
Do not abuse Twitch, Streamlabs, StreamElements, Throne, Discord, Supabase, payment processors, or other connected services, and do not attempt to evade their restrictions or policies.
Infringement
Do not upload, configure, or display content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Policy enforcement
StreamBrat may remove content, disable widgets, restrict integrations, suspend accounts, preserve records, or terminate access when needed to address risk, abuse, legal requirements, or platform rules. Report abuse or policy concerns to support@streambrat.com.
