Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using StreamBrat livestreaming software.

Last updated: August 14, 2026

StreamBrat provides software tools for livestream creators, including hosted OBS browser sources, overlay packages, alerts, widgets, stream event records, leaderboards, creator controls, integrations, and StreamBratBot features. StreamBrat is operated in the United States. StreamBrat is not a bank, wallet, money transmitter, payment processor, or marketplace for purchasing creator content.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the information in your account, maintaining access to your login credentials, and ensuring that your use of StreamBrat complies with applicable laws and the rules of connected platforms.

Third-party connections

StreamBrat may connect to services such as Twitch, Streamlabs, StreamElements, Throne, Discord, Supabase, hosting providers, and payment processors. Those services have their own terms and may change, suspend, or limit their APIs.

Livestreaming tools

StreamBrat hosts creator-specific configurations for overlays, alerts, widgets, chat displays, goals, leaderboards, wheels, menus, clips, and related stream tools. Creators are responsible for the content, links, copy, media, and configuration they publish through those tools.

Viewer tips and support

Viewer tips are voluntary support for a creator. A tip is not automatically a purchase of goods, services, private content, or a guaranteed creator response. Tips may trigger stream interactions such as alerts, goals, wheels, or leaderboards.

Payments, fees, and taxes

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. StreamBrat does not store full card numbers or banking credentials. Creators are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, payout-account accuracy, and compliance duties.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and processor reversals may be governed by the applicable payment provider and StreamBrat policies. StreamBrat may restrict tipping or account functionality for fraud, abuse, risk, or compliance reasons.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may not use StreamBrat for illegal activity, fraud, deceptive fundraising, money laundering, unauthorized peer-to-peer money transfer, wallet or stored-balance activity, harassment, infringement, malicious software, API abuse, or prohibited goods and services.

Service changes

StreamBrat may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as the product changes. Integrations and realtime features can be affected by third-party outages, API limits, browser behavior, OBS behavior, or platform policy changes.

Intellectual property

StreamBrat owns its product, code, branding, templates, and platform design. Creators retain responsibility for their own names, handles, uploaded media, configuration, links, and other content they add to the service.

Termination and suspension

StreamBrat may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, integration rules, or legal requirements.

Liability

StreamBrat is provided as software for stream operations. To the extent permitted by law, StreamBrat is not liable for lost revenue, missed alerts, integration outages, platform suspensions, chargebacks, viewer disputes, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without creating or implying a separate corporate jurisdiction, registered office, or physical business address.
