This policy explains the kinds of data StreamBrat handles to provide creator accounts, livestreaming tools, integrations, and hosted overlays.

StreamBrat collects and processes data needed to operate creator accounts, overlay configurations, realtime stream features, integrations, and support workflows. StreamBrat is operated in the United States.

Account data

StreamBrat may process email address, username, display name, authentication identifiers, account role, creator workspace membership, and account settings.

Creator profile data

Creator profiles may include display name, creator slug, Twitch username, social handles, Throne links, Discord details, menu entries, goals, overlay settings, and StreamBratBot configuration.

OAuth and integrations

When a creator connects third-party services, StreamBrat may store provider identifiers, provider login names, access status, webhook or subscription status, and encrypted OAuth tokens or similar credentials needed to keep the integration working.

Stream events

StreamBrat may store raw and normalized event records such as follows, subscriptions, gifted subscriptions, bits, raids, tips, Throne gifts, goals, chat-bot actions, clips, and other stream activity used for overlays and dashboards.

Payment-related metadata

StreamBrat may receive payment-related metadata from connected providers, such as amount, currency, provider event ID, username, status, and timestamps. StreamBrat should not store full card numbers, bank-account credentials, or payment-method secrets handled by payment processors.

Widgets and media

StreamBrat stores overlay configuration, HTML/CSS/JSON settings where enabled, uploaded media for alerts or widgets, image assets, clip records, and browser-source settings.

Infrastructure providers

StreamBrat uses service providers for authentication, database, realtime, storage, hosting, and serverless runtime. Connected creator services may include Twitch, Streamlabs, StreamElements, Throne, Discord, Supabase, Vercel, and similar providers.

Browser storage and PWA behavior

StreamBrat may use cookies, local storage, service-worker caches, and browser session storage to keep users signed in, support the installed PWA, and run browser-source or dashboard experiences.

Logs and security

StreamBrat may process logs, request metadata, webhook delivery records, integration health checks, error messages, and audit records to keep the service secure and diagnose issues.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained as needed to provide the service, meet operational needs, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Users can request access, correction, deletion, or account support by contacting StreamBrat.

Usage and diagnostics

StreamBrat may process usage and diagnostic information to understand service reliability, investigate errors, improve features, and protect accounts and infrastructure.
