This policy separates StreamBrat software charges from voluntary viewer tips and third-party processor rules.
Refund eligibility for StreamBrat subscriptions, plans, or other paid software services is determined by the terms presented at the time of purchase. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing issue, contact support@streambrat.com for assistance.
Viewer tips are voluntary support for a creator. Tip refunds are not automatically guaranteed and may depend on provider rules, fraud review, creator conduct, StreamBrat policy, and applicable law.
Streamlabs, StreamElements, card networks, banks, payment processors, and other connected services may apply their own rules for fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, holds, and payout timing.
StreamBrat may restrict accounts, tipping features, integrations, or overlay behavior if there is suspected fraud, payment abuse, deceptive fundraising, repeated disputes, or attempts to misuse StreamBrat as a payment-transfer tool.
