Tips are voluntary support
A tip supports a livestream creator. It is not automatically a purchase of goods, gated content, private services, or a guaranteed creator response.
Policy
StreamBrat treats viewer tips as voluntary creator support that may power realtime livestream interactions.
A tip supports a livestream creator. It is not automatically a purchase of goods, gated content, private services, or a guaranteed creator response.
Tips may trigger realtime interactions such as alerts, goals, leaderboards, wheels, chat messages, or other overlay widgets. Those interactions do not convert the tip into a content purchase.
Creators must describe tipping clearly and must not misrepresent tips as guaranteed access, illegal services, deceptive fundraising, stored value, or payment for prohibited goods or services.
Tip processing may be handled by third-party providers. Processor rules, fees, chargebacks, reversals, payment holds, and payout availability may apply.
Refunds and disputes may depend on the payment provider, creator conduct, fraud review, and StreamBrat policy. StreamBrat cannot promise refunds controlled by third-party processors or connected services. For tipping questions, email support@streambrat.com.
StreamBrat may restrict tipping-related features for fraud, abuse, excessive disputes, policy violations, platform restrictions, legal risk, or compliance reasons.
Creators are responsible for understanding and handling any tax or reporting obligations that apply to viewer support, tips, payouts, and related income.
Tip-related features may rely on connected third-party services such as Streamlabs, StreamElements, payment processors, banks, and card networks.
